Works Order Creation - File - Load HORD

Use this option to recall a works order that was created manually and then held, or that was created in either the Trial Kitting or Auto Kitting programs. You can then amend the works order, delete it, print or post it as required.

1. Select KITTING | WORKS ORDERS.

Micronet displays the Works Order Creation screen.

2. Select FILE | LOAD HORD.

Micronet displays a selection screen with a list of held works orders.

3. If required, you can filter the list of works orders by Debtor or Works Order number.

Micronet displays all the works orders matching your criteria at the bottom of the screen.

4. Double-click on the works order you want to load, or select a works order and press the Enter key.

Micronet displays the Works Order Creation Header screen with the details of the works order.

5. Continue processing the works order by completing the steps required in the "Works Order Overview".
